Counselling Procedure
Below, we have mentioned the West Bengal NEET MDS Counselling Procedure 2025.
Step 1: Online Registration & Application & Fee Payment
- Candidates must first register themselves on the official counselling website https://wbmcc.nic.in/ by using their Roll No, Application No, Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth.
- After registration, candidates must complete the application process and pay the online counselling fees before submission.
- Candidates must upload their caste certificate while registering otherwise, they will automatically be classified as Unreserved.
- Candidates must complete the payment before submitting the application to participate in counselling rounds.
Step 2: Physical Document Verification of the successfully paid candidates
- After seat allotment, the candidate must appear for physical verification at the designated center with: one set of original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- After successful verification, a server-generated verified certificate shall be handed over to the candidate.
Step 3: Choice Filling and Choice Locking of the successfully verified candidates
- Registered and successfully verified candidates must click on the Candidate Registration, and Login button on the official counselling website of WBUHS by entering their Roll No. and Password to log in.
- Candidates can fill, rearrange, modify, or delete choices before final submission.
- Candidates must lock their choices before the deadline. Otherwise, the system will automatically lock the last saved choices, which cannot be modified after submission.
Step 4: Publication of Processed Results of allotment based on the eligibility of the candidates
- If a candidate is allotted a seat, they must report to the assigned institute within the given timeline with all original documents for verification, as failure to do so may result in seat cancellation.
Step 5: Upgradation and Further Rounds
- The candidates can choose to go for another round if they are not satisfied with the allotted seat and college.
