UP NEET PG Counselling 2024: Seat Matrix for Stray Vacancy Round Released

UPDGME has released the NEET PG 2024 Stray Vacancy Round seat matrix with 493 vacant seats for DNB, MD, and MS courses in Uttar Pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh: The Director General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh (UPDGME), has announced the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Stray Vacancy Round Counselling seat matrix for the 2024-25 academic year. The seat matrix is now available on the official website.

The released seat matrix outlines admission opportunities for DNB, MD, and MS (Medical) courses across medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh. According to the matrix, 493 seats remain vacant for these courses, including 24 seats for DNB programs and 469 seats for MD and MS (Medical) courses.

Simultaneously, UPDGME has initiated the online counselling process for the stray vacancy round, facilitating admissions to postgraduate courses (MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB) in government, autonomous, private medical colleges, institutions, universities, and hospitals under medical health for the 2024-25 academic session.

The NEET PG Stray Vacancy Round Counselling 2024 started on February 17, 2025, and will conclude on February 28, 2025. Candidates must complete the choice-filling process by February 20, 2025. The seat allotment results will be announced on February 22, 2025.
