Punjab NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 3 Willingness Submission Deadline Extended

The Punjab NEET PG 2024 round 3 willingness submission deadline has been extended to January 10, 2025, due to delays in All India Round 2 counselling results.

The authorities have extended the Punjab NEET PG 2024 round 3 willingness submission deadline. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) made this announcement, citing that the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has not yet released the All India Round 2 counselling result.

Students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) and wish to join PG medical courses in Punjab can now submit their preferred college, hospital or specialty preferences until January 10, 2025.

This extension follows requests from candidates, as the results of the All India Quota (AIQ) round 3 counselling are still pending. The official notification reads, “The willingness date to participate in 3rd round Punjab State is hereby extended from 02.01.2025 to 10.01.2025.”

Additionally, the authorities have extended the resignation deadline for students allocated seats in rounds 1 and 2 until January 10, 2025, with the forfeiture of their security deposit. The notification states, “Candidates who have joined the seat of Round 1/ Round 2 of Punjab State PG Medical counselling are allowed to resign/surrender the seat up to 10.01.2025 with forfeiture of security deposit/fee.”

Note: With the extended deadline, the authorities will soon announce the revised dates for the Punjab NEET PG round 3 counselling process on the official website, including updated merit list, choice filling and seat allotment schedules.
