NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has released the Odisha NEET PG 2024 round 4 counselling seat matrix and published the updated merit list on its official website, dmetodisha.in. Eligible candidates from the revised merit list, excluding those already holding or joined in AIQ, Deemed, or State PG and Diploma seats, can participate in the stray vacancy round.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) recently announced the NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy seat allotment results for All India Quota (AIQ) seats. According to the allotment result PDF, 2,331 candidates secured seats in round 4, including 11 under the Armed Forces quota.

As per the Odisha NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule, resignation facilities will not be available in round 4. The vacant seats in this round are open exclusively to General category candidates. The detailed seat matrix is as follows:

The official notice stated, “Counselling shall be conducted as per the choices exercised by the participating candidates in sequential order from the notified in-service, direct, composite (both in-service and direct), and diploma state-specific merit list.”
Odisha NEET PG 2024 Stray Vacancy Counselling Round
Candidates must attend the counselling session in person at Kalam Auditorium, VIMSAR, at 10 a.m., and mark their attendance upon arrival. They will fill out the Odisha NEET PG round 4 ‘choice form,’ which will be provided on-site. When called based on their merit rank, candidates must report to the counselling desk.
The reporting deadline at the allotted college is February 27, and admission data will be shared with the MCC by February 28.
