NEET UG 2025 Syllabus Update: NTA Removes Section B; Check the New Exam Pattern

The latest update on the NEET 2025 syllabus confirms that the NMC has made major changes, providing clarity for aspirants to proceed with their exam preparation.

NEW DELHI: As past trends suggest, NEET UG registration is expected to begin this week on the NTA official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Aspirants around India are eagerly waiting for registration. The NEET UG 2025 exam schedule, information, and instructions will also be issued along with the registration dates. Students who fulfill the NEET 2025 eligibility criteria will be able to register for NEET UG 2025. The NEET 2025 exam is conducted for admissions to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other courses (BDS, BVSc, and AH).

As per the revised exam pattern for 2025, the question paper will consist of 180 compulsory questions. NEET UG 2025 will have 45 questions in the Physics and Chemistry sections each, and 90 questions in Biology. Earlier, each subject had 35 compulsory questions in Section A and 15 optional ones in Section B.
