According to multiple sources, NEET UG 2025 registration is likely to begin on Friday, January 31. The NEET UG 2025 registration link will be activated on the official website, allowing students to apply directly through neet.nta.nic.in.

How to apply NEET UG Registration 2025?

Steps to apply NEET UG Registration 2025:

  1. Visit the official website and click on the NEET UG 2025 registration link.
  2. Enter the required details in the application form and upload the necessary documents.
  3. Pay the NEET UG 2025 application fee and submit the form.
  4. Save the application form PDF and print a copy for future reference.

APAAR ID Not Mandatory for NEET UG Registration 2025

The APAAR ID is not required for NEET UG 2025 registration. Although NTA previously advised candidates to update their Aadhaar credentials and integrate their APAAR ID, it has now clarified that the APAAR ID is optional.

In an official notification, NTA stated, “APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEET UG 2025 registrations. Aspirants can register for the exam using other available means, details of which will be provided in the information bulletin soon.”

No Optional Questions in NEET UG 2025

NEET UG 2025 will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode. The exam will feature 180 compulsory questions with no optional questions. The paper will consist of:

  • Physics: 45 questions
  • Chemistry: 45 questions
  • Biology: 90 questions
