NEET UG 2025 EXAM: The NTA has released the medium of question paper for students in the information bulletin. Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the NEET UG 2025 exam will be conducted in English and multiple regional languages.
Medium of the question paper
Candidates can choose a medium of the Question Paper for NEET 2025 in one of the following 13 languages.

Key points for the medium of the question paper
- The medium of the Question Paper should be carefully chosen in the Application Form.
- The option once chosen cannot be changed.
- Candidates opting for English will be provided a Test Booklet in English only.
- Candidates opting for Hindi will be given a Bilingual Test Booklet in English and Hindi.
- Candidates opting for Regional Languages would be provided a Test Booklet in English + a selected Regional Language.
- In case of any ambiguity in the translation of a question in the test, its English version shall be treated as final and the decision of the NTA will be final in this regard.
- Candidates qualified in the NEET UG 2025 exam would be eligible for All India Quota (AIQ) and other quotas under the State Governments/Institutes, irrespective of the medium of the examination, subject to any other eligibility criteria.
