New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official identity verification guidelines for NEET-UG 2025. To ensure a strict and transparent examination process, candidates must carry specific documents to their respective exam centres. Mandatory Documents for NEET 2025

All candidates appearing for NEET-UG 2025 must bring the following documents on the exam day:

  1. NEET Admit Card – A passport-size photograph must be affixed to it.
  2. Additional Passport-Size Photograph – To be attached to the attendance sheet.
  3. Valid Original Identity Proof – Candidates must carry one of the following government-issued IDs:
    • Aadhaar Card (mandatory)
    • PAN Card
    • Voter ID
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Ration Card
    • Class 12 Admit Card with Photograph
    • Any other government-issued photo ID
  4. PwBD Certificate – Only for candidates claiming reservation under the PwBD category.
  5. Postcard-Size Photograph (4” x 6”) – A coloured photograph with a white background, which must be pasted on the proforma downloaded with the admit card.
