The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the NEET UG 2025 exam on 4 May. AIIMS Delhi selects students for MBBS courses through counseling based on the NEET scorecard. AIIMS Delhi: Seat reservation for MBBS course
Out of a total of 132 seats, AIIMS Delhi has 125 seats for Indian students and 7 seats reserved for foreign students in the MBBS program. Seats for Indian candidates are as follows:
- 46 seats are allocated to the General category.
- 32 seats are reserved for Other Backward Classes (OBC).
- 18 seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC).
- 9 seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST).
Eligibility criteria for AIIMS Delhi admission
The eligibility criteria for AIIMS Delhi MBBS is given below:
- Students must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.
- A minimum of 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their 10+2 exams is required for admission to the AIIMS Delhi MBBS course.
- SC/ST candidates are required to achieve at least a 50% aggregate in PCB.
- NRI/OCI applicants should score a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.
- Candidates in the OPH category must have an aggregate of at least 45% in their 10+2 examinations.
Getting admission to AIIMS Delhi MBBS course is not that easy. Students need to follow the guidelines given above. You have to work very hard on your syllabus and keep practicing daily. The NTA will organize the NEET UG exam on 4 May and results will be declared on 14 June.
