NEET PG Counselling 2024: MCC Releases Provisional Result for Stray Vacancy Round

MCC has released the Provisional Result for the NEET PG 2024 Stray Vacancy Round, with 2,331 candidates qualifying and final results pending verification.

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the Provisional Result for the Stray Vacancy Round of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Counselling for the 2024 academic year.

According to the results, 2,331 candidates have successfully qualified for the Stray Vacancy Round of NEET PG Counselling 2024. The provisional result includes crucial details such as candidates’ names, ranks, allotted quotas, assigned institutes, courses, and relevant remarks.

Additionally, the MCC has issued an official notice urging candidates to report any discrepancies in the provisional result by 5:00 PM on February 19, 2025, via email. After this deadline, MCC will consider the Provisional Result as final. However, the result remains indicative and subject to change. Candidates cannot claim any legal right to the seats allotted in this provisional list, and it cannot be challenged in court.

The MCC has also advised candidates to contact their allotted colleges or institutes only after the final result is declared and the allotment letter is available for download on the MCC website.

The registration process for NEET PG Stray Vacancy Round Counselling 2024 commenced on February 5, 2025, and concluded on February 7, 2025. The choice-filling and choice-locking facility was available from February 5 to February 9, 2025.
