How to Apply For NEET MDS 2025?
Below, we have mentioned the steps to apply for the NEET MDS 2025 exam.
- Visit the official website of NBEMS and fill out the user registration form to generate your User ID/Application ID and Password.
- User ID and Password will be sent to candidates through SMS and email.
- Fill in the application form, upload photograph, scanned signature, thumb impression and required documents.
- Select your preferred test city and pay the examination fee.
- Review and agree to the declaration, then submit your application.
- Print a copy of the completed application form, ensuring that the Transaction ID and payment status marked as Successful are included for candidate records.

Eligibility Criteria
Below, we have mentioned the NEET MDS 2025 eligibility criteria.
- Candidates must have completed a Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a dental institution recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
- Candidates must be registered with the Dental Council of India with either provisional or permanent registration.
- Completion of a one-year internship by or before 31st March is mandatory for aspiring students.
Exam Pattern
NEET MDS 2025 exam consists of 240 multiple-choice questions, each with four answer options in English. Candidates must choose the most appropriate answer. There shall be a negative marking of 25% for incorrect answers. Unattempted questions will not result in any mark deduction.

Caste Certificate Proforma for NEET MDS 2025
The caste certificate is not required when filling out the NEET MDS 2025 application form. It will be necessary during the admission process once a college is allotted to the candidates. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for candidates on Exam Day, we have outlined the Exam Day guidelines for NEET MDS 2025.
What to carry on the exam day? (✔)
- NEET MDS admit card
- Two passport-size photographs (preferably the same as the one submitted with the application form)
- A valid photo Id proof (Passport/ Aadhaar card, Driving Licence, PAN Card)
- PWD Certificate (if applicable)
What not to carry? (×)
- A stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Pen, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc.
- Communication devices like Mobile Phones, Bluetooth, Earphones, microphones, pagers, Health bands, etc.
- Other items like a Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belts, Cap Watch/Wrist Watch, Bracelets, Camera, etc.
- Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle, tea, coffee, cold drinks, etc.
- Any other item that could be used for unfair means is hiding communication devices like a microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc.
- Candidates with diabetes can carry eatables (with prior intimation) like sugar tablets/fruits (like bananas/apples/oranges) and transparent water bottles. However, they will not be allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/ candy/sandwiches.
Answer Key
NEET MDS 2025 answer key will be available online on the official website of NBEMS. It will include all the correct answers to the questions from the entrance exam. Candidates will have the opportunity to raise objections to the answer key. To challenge the answer key, candidates will need to pay a fee of Rs. 200 per question.
Result 2025
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will declare the NEET MDS 2025 result online on its official website. Candidates can view their results by entering their roll number and other necessary details. The result will include the scores obtained by the candidates in the NEET MDS exam.

NEET MDS 2025 Counselling
NEET MDS 2025 counselling will be conducted by the MCC following the announcement of the results. It will consist of two categories: 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 50% State Quota seats.
