How to fill out the NEET UG Application Form?
NEET UG application form can be filled in two phases – one to be filled before the final submission of the NEET UG 2025 form, and the second set needs to be filled out before the declaration of the result. Filling all seats/phases at the time of availability is a major requirement for the NEET UG application form. Step-1: Go to the official website of NTA NEET or https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/
- Click on “Fill Registration Form” or the invitation for NEET-UG Registration.
- Candidates click on ‘New Registration’ and read the instructions.
- To complete the NEET UG registration, students must verify the above details and submit them.

Step 2: Apply online for NEET UG 2025
- Click on “Click here to log in.”
- Login using the application number and password

- Details entered during the registration process will be pre-filled in the application and cannot be changed.
- Check all the details carefully, as they cannot be changed after the final submission of the NEET UG application form.
- To submit the duly-checked application form, click on “Yes, please do” on the confirmation pop-up.
Step-3: Upload scanned images
- Click on “Upload your recent documents.”

Important Instructions for Candidates
In this section, you can get detailed information about the Important Instructions for Candidates at the time of NEET UG Registration 2025.
- Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) – 2025 through the “Online” mode only through the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/
- Submission of the Online Application Form may be made by accessing the NTA website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
- Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
- Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
- Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians’ only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.
- All candidates are required to upload address proof (Present and permanent address) during the online Application Form of NEET (UG). The address proof may include AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card, etc. Both documents (if applicable) are to be merged and uploaded in a single pdf file. If the Present and Permanent addresses are the same, then the same document will suffice.
NEET UG Application Correction Window
NTA will give Aspirants the option to change certain fields through the NEET UG application form correction window. The correction window is expected to be activated after the NEET UG application process and is likely to remain open for at least two weeks.

- Scanned image of passport-size photograph (between 10 to 200 kb).
- Scanned image of signature (between 4 to 30 kb).
- Scanned image of left thumb impression (in case the left-hand thumb is unavailable, right-hand thumb impression can be used, and file size should be between 10 to 50 kb)
