Step-1: Go to the official website of NTA NEET or https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/
- Click on “Fill Registration Form” or the invitation for NEET-UG 2024 Registration.
- Candidates click on ‘New Registration’ and read the instructions.
- To complete the NEET UG registration, students must verify the above details and submit them.

Step 2: Apply online for NEET UG 2024

- Details entered during the registration process will be pre-filled in the application and cannot be changed.
- Check all the details carefully, as they cannot be changed after the final submission of the NEET UG application form.
- To submit the duly-checked application form, click on “Yes, please do” on the confirmation pop-up.

- Click on “Upload your recent documents.”

NEET UG 2024: Important Instructions for Candidates
In this section, you can get detailed information about the Important Instructions for Candidates at the time of NEET UG Registration 2024.
- Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) – 2024 through the “Online” mode only through the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/
- Submission of the Online Application Form may be made by accessing the NTA website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
- Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
- Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
- Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians’ only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.
- All candidates are required to upload address proof (Present and permanent address) during the online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2024. The address proof may include AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card, etc. Both documents (if applicable) are to be merged and uploaded in a single pdf file. If the Present and Permanent addresses are the same, then the same document will suffice.
NEET 2024 Application Correction Window
NTA will give Aspirants the option to change certain fields through the NEET UG application form 2024 correction window. The correction window is expected to be activated after the NEET UG 2024 application process and is likely to remain open for at least two weeks.
