Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has released the schedule for Haryana NEET PG round 3 counselling, which facilitates admissions to government, government-aided, private, and unaided medical colleges in the state. The registration link for Haryana NEET PG round 3 will be available on the official website, hry.online-counseling.co.in.
Eligible candidates who meet the revised NEET PG cut-off percentile must complete their registration by February 3 to participate in the round 3 state counselling process. During registration, candidates can edit their submitted details and select their preferred choices for admission.

Eligibility for Haryana NEET PG Round 3 Counselling
Candidates eligible for the third round of counselling include:
- Registered candidates who did not receive a seat in rounds 1 and 2.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in rounds 1 or 2 but did not join.
- Candidates who joined their allotted seat in rounds 1 or 2 and opted for an upgrade.
- Those who were allotted a seat in previous rounds must confirm their willingness to upgrade in round 3.
Courses and Institutions Participating in Haryana NEET PG Round 3 Counselling
The counselling process will fill seats in MD and MS programs across participating medical colleges, including SGT University (Budhera, Gurugram) and Al-Falah University (Village Dhoj, Faridabad). Additionally, it will allocate seats for Post MBBS DNB, Post MBBS Diploma, and Post Diploma DNB courses in civil hospitals and medical colleges across Haryana.
Security Deposit for Haryana NEET PG Counselling
Candidates opting for state quota seats in government, government-aided, or private medical colleges must deposit ₹25,000 (₹12,500 for reserved category candidates). Those choosing state or management quota seats in private medical colleges must pay a security deposit of ₹2 lakh online.
Failure to deposit the security amount before the deadline will disqualify candidates from participating in the counselling process. If a candidate is allotted a seat in round 3 but fails to join, the security deposit will be forfeited, and they will be ineligible for further counselling rounds, including the stray vacancy round.
Refund and Stray Vacancy Round Eligibility
The security deposit will be refunded to candidates who do not receive a seat in rounds 2 and 3. However, candidates who have already joined an allotted college under All India Quota (MCC NEET PG) counselling up to round 3 cannot participate in the Haryana NEET PG stray vacancy round 2024.
