Eligibility Criteria
To gain admission to PG medical courses, candidates are required to meet the following eligibility criteria for NEET PG Counselling.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for admission to PG (MD/MS) courses.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an MBBS degree or a recognized certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Internship: Candidates must complete their one-year internship or have the original certificate on or before August.
- Registration Certificate: Candidates must have a permanent or provisional MBBS registration certificate issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India.

A candidate can visit the official website dmer.haryana.gov.in/ to register for Haryana NEET PG Counselling. Below we have mentioned the step-by-step process of counselling.

Step1: Registration | Candidates must first register themselves on the official counselling website of Haryana by using their NEET PG Roll no and other required details. |
Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee | Candidates are required to pay the prescribed counselling fee online, which is non-refundable. |
Step 3: Choice filling and Locking | Once the payment of the registration fee is completed, the candidate can select the preferred college and courses from the available options based on their eligibility. |
Step 4: Document Verification | Candidates need to upload and verify required documents online including their NEET PG scorecards, certificates, ID proof etc. |
Step 5: Seat Allotment | Seats are allotted to the candidates by the counselling authority based on their rank, choices filled and seat availability. |
Step 6: Reporting to Allotted College | The candidate downloads the allotment letter and reports to the allotted college within a specified timeframe with original documents for verification. |
Step 7: Upgradation and further Rounds | Candidate can opt for a further round if not satisfied with the allotted seat and college. |

The documents mentioned below are mandatory for candidates applying for the Haryana NEET PG Counselling. The candidates are requested to collect all the documents before applying for the counselling process.

- Mark sheet and degree of MBBS examinations
- Medical Registration Certificate.
- Internship Completion Certificate.
- Photo identity proof in the form of a Certificate with an attested photo from the Head of the Institution last studied/Copy of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License (Self-attested photocopy after verifying with the original documents).
- Copy of: Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth is not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate).
