Counselling Procedure
Below, we have mentioned the Gujarat NEET MDS Counselling Procedure 2025.
- Candidates must first register themselves on the official counselling website https://www.medadmgujarat.org/.
- The candidate must click on Dental under Post Graduate Admission. A new window will then appear on the computer screen.
- Click the Log-in for Post-Graduate Medical Admission button. A new window will appear.
- Click on Purchase PIN to buy an online PIN. A new window will appear.
- The PIN can be purchased by paying Rs. 3,000/- (Non-Refundable) + Rs. 25,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs. 28,000/-.
- Click “Candidate Registration/Login” to start the registration process. A new window will appear.
- To register as a new candidate, candidates have to click on “Click here for New Registration”. The New Registration window will be displayed.
- Enter the required details: Serial Number of PIN, 14-digit PIN, E-mail Address, Mobile Number, NEET Roll Number and Captcha Code.
- Verify the details and click on Submit. The Online Registration Form window will appear.
- Fill in personal details as displayed in the Online Registration Form.
- The Serial Number of PIN will serve as the Login/User ID.
- Create a password (6 to 12 alphanumeric characters).
- Re-enter the password in Confirm Password.
- This Login ID, PIN, and Password will be required for future logins.
- Review all entered details.
- If correct, select “I Agree” at the bottom of the form.
- Click on Submit to complete the registration.
- If any mandatory information is missing, incomplete fields will be highlighted with a red or an error message will appear.
- Enter the missing details and click on submit again.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
- Click on Save Changes to finalize the registration.

Documents Required
The following documents are required for candidates applying for the Gujarat NEET MDS Counselling 2025. Candidates are advised to gather all the necessary documents before applying for the counselling process.
- All years BDS attempt-wise mark sheets.
- Copy of NEET-PG (MDS) mark sheet for the current academic year.
- Internship completion certificate (must be completed on or before 31/03/2025).
- Permanent or provisional certificate provided by DCI/Dental Council of India.
- Document for Date & Place of Birth and Indian Citizenship (School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate) mandatory for all candidates or Birth Certificate/Passport (if the birthplace is not mentioned in the School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate).
- Caste certificate issued by the Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.
- Copy of Passport (only required if the candidate has Dual/Foreign Citizenship).
- 12th Marksheet (for candidates who completed BDS outside Gujarat).
- Domicile Certificate of Gujarat State (for candidates who completed BDS outside Gujarat, only if the birthplace is outside Gujarat).
