Seats For All India Quota (15%)
- Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), New Delhi, will fill the seats earmarked for the All India Quota.
- Suppose any vacant seats from the All India Quota are reverted to the Institute by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), New Delhi. In that case, the seats shall be filled according to the same categories in which MCC allocates the seats.
Seats For Candidates Nominated By the Government Of Gujarat
- The state of Gujarat shall nominate candidates for admission per their admission policy.
- For the seats reserved for candidates nominated by the State Government of Gujarat, the concerned State Government should appoint the candidates at least seven working days before the last day of admission. If the details of nominated candidates are not received at least seven working days before the last day of admission or if a candidate does not report three days before the cutoff date of admission, the seats will be considered vacant seats and shall be filled under Unreserved Category and as per Clause no.: 11, sub-clause; 11.3 (Other Condition)
Daman & Diu NEET UG Earmarking/Allocation of Seats
The Daman & Diu MBBS & BDS Counselling will include two rounds. The seat allotment and mop-up round process will be done separately for each round. The Seat allotment will be based entirely on the merit rank and choices entered by candidates. Category-wise allocation of seats in the NAMO Medical Education and Research Institute, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu is given in Table 1 below. However, the allocation is subject to change per the directions of the Government of India / Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Administration/ National Medical Commission.
