Bihar NEET UG Seat Allotment 2021 Round-1
The Bihar NEET UG Counselling will be conducted in two rounds. The seat allotment and mop-up round process will be done separately for each round. The Seat allotment will be based entirely on candidates’ merit rank and choices. The seat allotment result will be published online on the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

Document Verification
After releasing the provisional Bihar NEET merit list, the responsible authority will release a schedule for document verification for all applicants whose names appear on the merit list. Applicants must report in person at the assigned venue to verify their original documents for Bihar Medical College admission.

Tie-Breaking Process For Bihar MBBS Rank List
If the ranks of two or more aspirants are the same, then the authority will follow the Bihar NEET merit list tie-breaking method as discussed below.
- Aspirants with a higher grant total in Class 12 will be considered for better rank in the state list.
- If the tie is still there, candidates who secured higher marks in Biology in Class 12 will be allotted a better rank.
- If the tie persists, the candidate who secures higher marks in Physics in Class 12 will be ranked higher than others.
- If the tie still does not choose, aspirants with better English marks in the qualifying exam will be given a better rank for Bihar MBBS admission.
- Candidates with higher aggregate marks in Class 10 will be allotted a higher rank in the state merit list.
- In the end, the older applicant will be placed in a higher merit position.
