Dear Nazim, As per the Clarification issued by the MCI on April 24, 2018, A candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.
This means, that for NEET 2018, you should be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2018. Which means you should have been born not later than December 31, 2001.
