Andhra Pradesh: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr NTRUHS) has officially announced the reporting deadline for candidates seeking admission to Postgraduate (PG) Medical courses under the Management Quota and Competent Authority Quota for Non-Service seats for the academic year 2024-25.
Candidates must report to their respective medical colleges no later than 3:00 PM on 14 February 2025. The Phase-III/Mop-Up Counseling for these admissions concluded on 11 February 2025.
Dr NTRUHS has directed all Principals of private medical colleges affiliated with the university to form a verification committee. This committee, chaired by the Principal and comprising 2-3 professors, will meticulously verify candidates’ original certificates before finalizing the admission process. Any discrepancies identified during verification must be promptly reported to the university. The committee will pay particular attention to candidates’ local area status (AP/Others) and NEET cut-off scores based on their category.

Colleges must freeze the data of reported and not-reported candidates by 4:00 PM on 14 February 2025, following the service provider’s instructions. Any deviations must be immediately communicated to the university.
Tuition Fees for PG Medical Courses
Management Quota:
- Clinical Degree/Diploma: ₹9,93,600 (Category-B), ₹57,50,000 (Category-C NRI/Institutional Quota)
- Para Clinical Degree/Diploma: ₹3,10,500 (Category-B), ₹17,25,000 (Category-C NRI/Institutional Quota)
- Pre-Clinical Degree/Diploma: ₹1,40,760 (Category-B), ₹9,20,000 (Category-C NRI/Institutional Quota)
Competent Authority Quota for Non-Service Candidates:
- Clinical Degree/Diploma: ₹4,96,800
- Para Clinical Degree/Diploma: ₹1,55,250
- Pre-Clinical Degree/Diploma: ₹70,380
Admission Guidelines
- Selected candidates must download their Provisional Allotment Order after paying a university fee of ₹49,600 and ₹23,600 through the payment gateway. Reporting to the allotted college must be completed by 3:00 PM on 14 February 2025. Candidates who paid during Phase I/II do not need to pay again if allotted a seat in Phase-III/Mop-Up.
- Candidates shifting from Phase I/II to Phase-III/Mop-Up must obtain a relief letter and custodian certificate from their current college.
- Principals must ensure the smooth transfer of fees for candidates moving between colleges and facilitate refunds where applicable.
- All selected candidates must present original certificates, pay tuition fees, submit necessary bonds, and complete the admission process. Failure to meet these criteria will result in automatic cancellation of admission.
- Any discrepancies in original documents during verification will lead to the cancellation of provisional allotment.
- Candidates can slide between subcategories within Phase-III/Mop-Up, with tuition fees adjusted accordingly.
- Non-service candidates must sign a bond to serve the Andhra Pradesh Government for one year after completing their PG degree. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of ₹40,00,000.
- No admissions will be accepted after the 3:00 PM deadline on 14 February 2025.
- Colleges must upload reporting data by 4:00 PM on the same day.
- University fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Candidates moving from Management Quota (Phase I/II) to Competent Authority Quota (Phase-III/Mop-Up) will have their earlier seats automatically cancelled without recourse.
