Gujarat Ayush NEET 2025 Counselling
Candidates can visit the official portal of the Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses to register for NEET 2025 Gujarat State Counselling. Below is the step-by-step process for counselling.
Step 1: Online Registration
- Visit the official website of the Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses.
- Click on the link for Ayush counselling registration and fill in the required details like roll no, contact information etc.
- Create a login ID and password for future use.
- Take the printout of registration details.
Step 2: Document Verification
- Attend the document verification process at designated verification centres.
- Present original documents such as NEET UG scorecard, 10+2 mark sheet, birth certificate, and domicile certificate for verification.
- It is mandatory for all candidates to verify all original documents at designated help centres and obtain registration slips, without which the candidate shall not be eligible for further admission process.
Step 3: Preparation and Publication of Merit List
- After the registration process, ACPUGMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates. Candidate needs to verify merit number and category as mentioned in registration details.
Step 4: Online Choice Filling and Allotment of Admission
- After the merit list declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round.
- Once the choice-filling period is over, the ACPUGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website. The candidates can view their status of allotment by logging through their own User ID.
Step 5: Visit the Allotted Institute
- After allotment, the student has to download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of User ID & Password. If the student wants to confirm the allotted seat, then it is mandatory for them to visit the allotted institute. After that, the student has to give the Institute Verification Code printed on his allotment letter to the designated Nodal Officer at the allotted Institute hereby confirming it online. student’s admission has to be confirmed online through the institute login ID. Only after this process, the student can make an online appointment to submit the original certificates and take the admission order at the help centre.
Step 6: Payment of Tuition Fee
- The candidate has to pay the requisite amount of tuition fees of his allotted institute by cash/DD at any of the designated bank branches or through online payment within the time limit specified by the ACPUGMEC.
Step 7: Original Document Submission
- The candidate has to submit the original documents (as per his category, as mentioned in Annexure in point 3) along with an Allotment Letter of the respective Round and Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at the appointed Help Center for confirmation of admission.
- The candidate, who fails to pay prescribed fees and submit original documents, his admission will not be granted under any circumstances.
